LEVEL 1

ideal for anybody that rarely or never works out and has intentions of onsetting into the fitness world. 

 

get a fitness diagnosis that will enable you to find the right fitness professional for you by understanding your strengths and weakness

test procedures involve: 
 

- 500-metre skierg or 500-metre row test.

- 5-minute dumbbell snatch test. men-12kg, women-4kg.
- standing long jump test.
- the plank test.
- squat till failure.

your data will be written in the form of a written report and will include what muscle groups each test engages. all data will be explained fully within report. the report will outline why you passed or failed the test alongside improvement protocols where necessary.

test time approximately one hour.

- 500-metre skierg or 500-metre row test.
- 5-minute dumbbell snatch test. men-20kg, women-12kg
- standing long jump test.
- max press up in 2 minutes test.
- the plank test.
- single leg wall test

test time approximately one hour.

LEVEL 3

ideal for anybody that is a gym rat but does not push themselves to the limit yet knows their way around the gym. this test is a great way to gain deep knowledge of your all round strengths and weaknesses

test procedures involve: 
 

- 500-metre skierg or 500-metre row test.
- 5-minute dumbbell snatch test. men-16kg, women-8kg.
- standing long jump test.
- the plank test.
- single leg wall test.

your data will be written in the form of a written report and will include what muscle groups each test engages. all data will be explained fully within report. the report will outline why you passed or failed the test alongside improvement protocols where necessary.

test time approximately one hour.

LEVEL 2

ideal for anybody that has started their fitness journey in the passed 2 years and would like to gauge how well they are doing in order to establish a baseline for their fitness goals. 

test procedures involve: 
 

- 500-metre skierg or 500-metre row test.
- 5-minute dumbbell snatch test. Men-24kg, women-16kg.
- Standing long jump test.
- 5-minute burpee test.
- the plank test.
- single leg wall test.

your data will be written in the form of a written report and will include what muscle groups each test engages. all data will be explained fully within report. the report will outline why you passed or failed the test alongside improvement protocols where necessary.

test time approximately one hour.

LEVEL 4

ideal for anybody that is very fit and strong. Individuals who are not professional athletes but are very athletic. get a comprehensive fitness diagnosis for your all round strengths and weaknesses.
